Cancellation conditions for individual guests

  1. If a guest has made an advance payment for the reservation and has not arrived, the hotel has the right to keep the full amount of the advance payment.
  2. If a guest has made an advance payment for a reservation and wants to cancel the reservation later than 48 hours before the arrival day, the hotel has the right to keep the full amount of the advance payment.
  3. If a guest has made an advance payment for a reservation and wants to cancel the reservation not later than 48 hours before the arrival day, the hotel pays back the prepayment in full amount. If the advance payment was made by bank transfer, the hotel pays back the prepayment, after the deduction of the bank commission for the transaction.
